Last month we successfully upgraded our Quality Management System certification to ISO 9001:2015.

The upgrade represents the transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO9001:2015. The new certification decentralises the quality management system, spreading responsibility for quality management throughout the organisation. It introduces risk based thinking and puts more emphasis on performance monitoring and evaluation.
